With a PhD in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership and extensive certifications, including SHRM-SCP, Crucial Conversations, Emotional Intelligence, and DiSC, I bring a robust blend of academic expertise and practical leadership to Empowering Professions. My experience spans designing impactful training programs, fostering workplace collaboration, and driving strategic outcomes, all aimed at helping organizations unlock their full potential.
Outside of design impactful learning experiences that inspire personal and professional growth, I am deeply committed to community service and enjoy exploring books on personal growth and leadership. At home, I find joy with my husband and our fur babies. I also cherish my roles as a proud aunt, devoted daughter, and loyal friend, all of which bring balance and inspiration to my life.
